Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 ½ cups scallions, chopped
|1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper


Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Rub the mixture all over the pork until it’s covered well. Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and put it in the oven. Bake for 45-47 minutes. When the tenderloin is done, take it out, cover it with foil and let sit for approximately 15 minutes. Slice and serve!
