We all love to eat a great hearty meal, but what's a great main course without a palette cleansing side? Our recipe for this oven roasted Kale will make your taste buds happy and keep you healthy.
Low in saturated fats and cholesterol, Kale provides balance to many dinner time dishes. It's also a great source of dietary fiber, Protein, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
Pro-Tip: Kale freezes well and actually tastes more flavorful after being exposed to frost.

- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and a few pinches of salt. Spread out the kale on a large baking sheet; the kale can be piled up a bit. Bake until a little crispy on the edges but still tender, about 20 minutes.
- Remove the kale from the oven. Squeeze lime juice over the top, grate some Parmesan and serve warm.
