Ingredients

  • 2 Wild-caught salmon fillets 
  • 1/2 cup Chopped, fresh spinach 
  • 3 ounces Softened, low-fat cream cheese 
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Scallions, sliced
  • Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • ½ Tsp pressed garlic


Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the cream cheese and feta together and then add the spinach, garlic and scallions. Mix together until it has a mashed consistency and then spread the mixture over each filet. Brush both sides of each filet with olive oil and place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
